Barre Flow

A fusion of my classic barre fitness class with elements of yoga, including a warm up and cool down flow, further emphasis on breath, the addition of basic yoga postures and an extended surrender floor series at the end of class.

Cardio Barre Fusion

A unique, high energy class that combines barre work, light hand weights and intervals of high and low intensity no impact movements. Set to fun upbeat music, this class will strengthen your body and get your heart rate up.

Circuit Training

A high intensity workout that combines strength training and cardiovascular work to create functional fitness, agility and mobility. This (in-studio only) class begins with a warm up and features a different circuit of exercises each time. This is an all levels class, however you must be able to squat, lunge and get up and down from the floor without pain.

Deep Stretch + Release

This class incorporates deep passive and active stretching, Yin Yoga, and elements of self-myofascial release using tennis balls, foam rollers and other props, targeting the connective tissues, fascial and muscular layers of the body.

Classical Mat Pilates

This is a full body workout that follows a traditional approach and mat routine as designed by Joseph Pilates. Mat work is the foundation of the Pilates Method and incorporates the core principles of control, centering, concentration, breathing, precision and flow.

This class is a low-impact, full-body workout utilizing small, isometric movements to safely and effectively strengthen your body. This class is inspired by the original Lotte Berk Method, Yoga and Pilates and set to fun upbeat music.

Pilates Stretch

This is a slower-paced, full body workout that follows a traditional approach and mat routine as designed by Joseph Pilates. Mat work is the foundation of the Pilates Method and incorporates the core principles of control, centering, concentration, breathing, precision and flow. Yoga stretches, nerve glides and other restorative practices are integrated into this classical Pilates flow.

Yin Yoga

Yin is a practice that invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while opening the fascial layer of the body, which is the conduit for the meridians of the body through which energy flows. Over time chronic tightness of this layer causes stiffness, restricting mobility and energy flow.

Yoga + Weights

A powerful full body workout that combines light hand weights with yoga postures to increase strength, improve flexibility, and build endurance. Sculpt classes are set to energizing music. Some prior yoga experience recommended but not required.

Yoga Fusion

Inspired by the traditional hot yoga series, this class incorporates elements of flow in addition to longer holds in postures. This is a slower paced class that is both challenging and restorative.
